H.Em. Rutherford Cardinal Johnson

Cardinal Johnson holds the rank of Eagle Scout with Bronze Palm from the Boy Scouts of America and is a Brotherhood Member of the Order of the Arrow. As an adult leader, he has served as a member of the District Committee, a Unit Commissioner for Boy Scout, Venturing, and Sea Scout units, and a Merit Badge Counsellor for equestrian. His Grace completed the Wood Badge course and is a Life Member of the National Eagle Scout Association. He has also worked on developing various outreach programs between Scouting and other organizations. H.Em. is Patriarch of the Anglican Rite Roman Catholic Church, Priest Associate of the Holy House of Our Lady of Walsingham, a consultant and former professor with continued research focus on religion and economics, author in both religion and economics, high altitude mountaineer, member of the Explorers Club, horseman, yachtsman, and general outdoorsman.

Imperial Chief Scout

Chev. John V. Refieuna

Chevalier Refieuna is a member of the Royal College of Papal Knights in the Americas (Knight Commander with Star of the Order of St. Gregory the Great) and is a Past Grand Knight of a local Knights of Columbus Council .The Imperial Chief Scout has been a member of the BSA for over 55 years. He is an Eagle Scout with Silver Palm, Brotherhood Member of the Order of the Arrow, and a Life Member of the National Eagle Scout Association. He has served on a number of Scouting committees and is also the Chairman for Catholic Committee on Scouting for the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama. He has received many Awards including the Catholic Adult Scouter's St. George Emblem, the District Award of Merit and the Silver Beaver. He is also the recipient of the Imperial Scout Award. Chev. Refiuena is an Engineering Department Manager supporting NASA/Marshall Space Flight Center and an Adjunct Instructor of Mathematics.

 

Imperial Chief Guide

Dame Julie Fukuda

Dame Fukuda began Girl Scouts at age 7, continuing to work as a leader during her college years. When her son joined the Cub Scouts, she became a leader with BSA. She has served in many capacities throughout Scouting, including the Order of the Arrow. Her many awards include the District Award of Merit, the Silver Beaver, the Silver Antelope, the Distinguished Commissioner, and the God and Service Religious. The James E West Fellowship Award was presented to her by the youth she served. Her Scouting endeavors have been not only in America, but also in Japan, where she served in the Far East Council.
