H.G. the Most Rev. Rutherford Johnson of Etruria

H.G. Archbishop Johnson holds the rank of Eagle Scout with Bronze Palm from the Boy Scouts of America and is a Brotherhood Member of the Order of the Arrow. As an adult leader, he has served as a member of the District Committee, a Unit Commissioner for Boy Scout, Venturing, and Sea Scout units, and a Merit Badge Counsellor for equestrian. His Grace completed the Wood Badge course and is a Life Member of the National Eagle Scout Association. He has also worked on developing various outreach programs between Scouting and other organizations. His Grace is an economics professor, high altitude mountaineer, member of the Explorers Club, horseman, yachtsman, and general outdoorsman.

Imperial Chief Scout

H.S.H. the Prince von Reichenberg

H.S.H. the Prince von Reichenberg has lived and worked as a Scout and Scout leader in Asia, Europe, and South America for more than 45 years. He is a Baden Powell Fellow of the World Scout Foundation, and has served as an International Ambassador and Representative for the Boy Scouts of America. He is a Distinguished Eagle Scout and Regent of the National Eagle Scout Association. A Wood Badge Course director, his many awards include the Silver Beaver, Silver Antelope, and Silver Elephant. H.S.H. is the managing editor of American Scouting Digest Magazine and has edited several national BSA publications.

Dame Julie Fukuda

Dame Fukuda began Girl Scouts at age 7, continuing to work as a leader during her college years. When her son joined the Cub Scouts, she became a leader with BSA. She has served in many capacities throughout Scouting, including the Order of the Arrow. Her many awards include the District Award of Merit, the Silver Beaver, the Silver Antelope, the Distinguished Commissioner, and the God and Service Religious. The James E West Fellowship Award was presented to her by the youth she served. Her Scouting endeavors have been not only in America, but also in Japan, where she served in the Far East Council. She is a true International Scouter.
